Madagascar Coton de Tulear Club of America (mCTCA).
The mCTCA, the original, founding breed club in America for the Madagascar Coton de Tulear, transitioned in 2020 as a not-for-profit after the death of its founder, Dr. Robert Jay Russell. 

We, the mCTCA Code of Ethics breeders, have elected a Board of Directors and have established by-laws for the club.

Puppy socialization is SO important! Our adorable puppies are raised with my own socialization program that I have developed  so that our puppies are appropriately socialized for their age when they begin their lives with their new families :) 

Or course,  the socialization process must be continued at each puppy's new home :)
